I'm Julie Nygard

I've overhauled my life more than once, and it takes a full commitment. In my 20's, I moved away from my entire family to start a life in Colorado (where I didn't know anyone). In my 30's, I left my great corporate job to write a book about the health benefits of chocolate, fully believing it was the right thing, even though I wasn't sure why. In my 40's, I had a breakdown and went through devastating divorce. In my 50's, I almost died from a fast-moving infection and decided to reorganize my life once again. Each major event required a considerable life overhaul.

Life comes at us non-stop, and an organized plan for change can make all the difference. As a trained hypnotherapist with a degree in psychology, I realized through my own overhauls that I have collection of tools that aren't available to everyone. I decided to share what I've learned as well as the techniques I used to help people create positive personal change.
